Brighton & Hove
Application Deadline:

Fee: £2,000

Marlborough Productions CIC working in partnership with Photoworks and New Writing South  has been awarded funding by Heritage Lottery Fund to develop a new strategy for the conservation and sharing of LGBTQ+ heritage in Brighton & Hove.

This project will encompass a programme of volunteer training, skills development, organisational development and partnership building over a 14 month period.

Youth engagement is an important element of this project, and we are looking for a dynamic Heritage Facilitator to set up and manage (in partnership with the Youth Facilitator) a new Youth Board made up of 8-15 young people aged 16-24. The facilitators will together create a learning & engagement programme for the young volunteers, equipping them with the knowledge, skills and expertise they need to understand their heritage and have a voice in the wider project.
