The Photoworks Board currently consists of eight trustees, including a sub-committee for fundraising and a sub-committee for finance. There are four Board meetings per year which currently take place remotely via zoom. Trustees serve for one term of three years with the opportunity to renew for a second three-year term.

Monica Allende, Richard Burton (Deputy Chair), Chris Condron, Paul Drewitt, David Knaus (Co- Chair), Andy Simpkin (Co-Chair), Mel McVeigh, Loren Hansi-Gordon.
