Jerwood/Photoworks Awards 2015
Each artist has received an award of £5,000 to support the making of new work for exhibition, with a significant production fund and mentoring support. The three artists will present their work in a group exhibition as part of the Jerwood Visual Arts programme opening at Jerwood Space in November 2015 and touring to other partner venues including Impressions Gallery, Bradford.
Aaron Schuman
Aaron Schuman is an American artist, writer, editor and curator, based in the United Kingdom. His photographic works – such as FOLK (2014), Summer Set (2013), Redwoods (2012), and Once Upon a Time in the West (2011) – have been exhibited and published internationally, and are held in a number of public and private collections.
