His personal work as an artist features the use of photography, video, text, found objects and document—it has been shown internationally in galleries, museums and institutions such as the Tate Modern in London, the Bienal do Mercosul in Brazil, the Museo de Arte Moderno de Medellín in Colombia, the Museum of Art & Design as well as the Museo del Barrio in New York, the Museo d’Arte Contemporanea di Roma in Italy, LAXART in Los Angeles, and most recently the EVA International Biennial in Ireland.
