Shipping policy and collections
We usually try to ship orders within two working days, either by Royal Mail or by courier (generally Interparcel UPS). Please note that we are a small team and at busy times we may take a little longer to fulfil your order.
If you would prefer to collect your order in person, or to arrange your own courier, please select the ‘Collect from Photoworks office’ delivery option and contact us to arrange a suitable time.
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. You can see charges for postage and packing once you have entered the country and method of delivery before confirming your order.
While we make every effort to make sure that all items shown are in stock, we cannot offer a guarantee that the items you order are available.
All delivery times quoted on our site are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. Your credit/debit card will be debited immediately.
Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
Using Paypal allows us to safely process your credit card payment with your bank, and complete financial transactions securely. All confidential information, including credit card details, is held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form.
