POST
Presented as part of Photoworks Festival 2026, the Photobook Table brings together a carefully selected group of publications that connect with the festival’s themes of uncertainty, change and collective possibility.
Un/Stable Pages offers a quieter and more intimate space within the festival, where visitors can pause, sit down and spend time with the books. It invites people to experience photography through sequence, material, scale, design and the simple physical act of turning a page. Together, these publications show how a photobook can become an exhibition in its own right, creating space for memory, care, resistance and imagination. The books bring personal experiences into conversation with wider social, political and environmental histories, while reflecting on our relationships with place, identity and one another.
At a time shaped by instability and rapid change, the Photobook Table offers a space to slow down, look closely and consider how images can hold fragile histories, open conversations and help us imagine different futures.
