The Picture Emotions resource contains two series of images.

Ten images for Dealing with Emotions and seven for Being Alone. Each image or set can be used in a variety of ways, and there are many different situations in which this resource can be used.

In schools and youth work: for creative writing, citizenship and emotional health, media studies, drama and health education.

In adult education: for training teachers, youth workers, social workers, medical staff, counsellors, nurse education, with anyone who works with young people and with parents.

This is an adaptable resource. Facilitators will need to think about how to use it most appropriately for the people they work with.

Themes:

  • Dealing with emotions
  • Being alone
