Refunds and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receiving your items.
We will refund cancelled orders in full as soon as we have received your returned items in their original condition.
We will not refund postage and packaging costs, or pay for the costs of returning your order.
We will replace any items damaged in transit or wrongly supplied to you, where stocks are available. Please return the damaged or wrongly sent items within seven days of receipt with your proof of purchase.
We will refund the cost of returning damaged items and won’t charge you for the delivery of replacement items. If replacement items are not available, we will refund your money. Please return items with proof of purchase to:

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. All transactions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
