Joanna Piotrowska explores relationships between individuals through carefully arranged sculptural poses that allow the viewer to question the intimacies of those captured.
Piotrowska graduated with MA Photography from Royal College of Art in 2013 and will be exhibiting at the Institute of Contemporary Arts in Bloomberg New Contemporaries (2013).

Joanna Piotrowska was selected from an open call to take part in Jerwood Encounters: Family Politics Curated by Photoworks. This exhibition presents new commissions and existing work by six early career photographers relating to ‘Family Politics’ – the curatorial theme of the first issue of Photoworks Annual.
