Join the participants from Queer Grounds.
The group, aged 16–25, has taken over the Project Space for B.fest and invites you to explore how LGBTQ+ communities have created alternative ways of coming together, rooted in care, community, and collective action, while also imagining what queer young people want and need for the future. Come and see how we’ve been reflecting on queer spaces, stories, and possibilities.
Alongside this, we will share visual explorations into togetherness and reflections from a site visit to the queer-led DIY and carpentry space In Our Hands, offering insights into collective making, collaboration, and queer approaches to craft and community building.
Join the Queer Grounds group on Saturday 1 November and take part in creative activities that explore how we collaborate, build community, and support one another through creativity.
