Photoworks x Festival of Archaeology

Aged 13 – 18? Take part in an online photography workshop exploring the relationship between photography, archaeology and climate change. What is the human impact of shifting borders and changing landscapes? How can we tell the stories of the waste we create and the artifacts we treasure.

Join artists Alejandra Carles Tolra and Natalie Keymist in creating playful photographs using only what’s in your home and around you. No previous experience or specialist kit is necessary, only a laptop/tablet and Smartphone. This is your chance to experiment!

Workshop takes place Friday 30 October from 4.30pm – 6.30pm on Zoom. Book your free place here.

This is a Council for British Archaeology event delivered by Photoworks, as part of the Shout Out Loud project for the Festival of Archaeology 2020. This is a Shout Out Loud project in partnership with the Council for British Archaeology. Shout Out Loud is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund through its #KicktheDust programme designed to encourage and involve more young people in heritage.
