Photoworks Festival returns with our latest Festival in a Box. From Little Acorns…takes Octavia E. Butler’s Parable of the Sower (1993), a dystopian climate fiction novel, set in the not-so-distant future of the 2020s, as inspiration and as a starting point to think about how and who can shape the future. From Little Acorns… is a unique, limited-edition object; a portable festival that invites you to become its curator.
From Little Acorns… presents ten international contemporary artists including Mohamad Abdouni, Antony Cairns, Felicity Hammond, Josèfa Ntjam, Johny Pitts, Ebun Sodipo, Harit Srikhao, Diana Tamane, Anshika Varma and Charlotte Yonga.
